To reduce the cost of staff training and reduce staff turnover, it was necessary to create detailed videos about working in different working positions.
The whole work process consists of three stages:
Preproduction
At this stage, we divided the existing instructions into several parts so that the information is better absorbed in the video. We prepared a text for the announcer and determined the complexity of the graphics in each individual case. Before shooting, we determined the location of the shooting and selected staff.
Production
For each topic, the shooting lasted from 2 to 4 days. At the same stage, we recorded the voice of the announcer.
Post production
Based on the reviewed material and the voice of the announcer, we mounted all the necessary tutorials, in the process, the customer made changes to the tutorials in order to make the material even more understandable to the company employees.
